Advance Paid Reservations Are Always Required.

Credit Cards.  DHT accepts all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard. American Express, and Discover.  Call 713/222-9255 or email tourhouston@aol.com with your contact phone numbers and the best times for me to call you back for your credit card information.

Refunds.  DHT does NOT make refunds; however, your deposit or tour payment can be used for any tour or DHT product you within 12 months of your originally-scheduled tour date, provided you cancel your tour reservation no later than 48 hours before your originally-scheduled tour date.  If you cancel on the date of the scheduled tour, you will not receive any credit.

GROUP TOURS

Reservations.  When making reservations for group tours, please count carefully the number of people planning to participate in your event.  I will ask you for a minimum guarantee.  Your final count is due no later than 48 hours before your tour date; there will be no credit for any cancellations after that time, except in extreme emergencies.

A date with "20 spaces available" in black on my Calendar means no one has booked space on that tour yet.  In that case, I can easily replace a public tour with a private group tour, so please feel free to give me a call to discuss what your group would like to do.

Buses.  If you would like us to obtain transportation for your group tour, we can provide buses ranging in size from a minimum of 10 passengers to a maximum of 50 passengers. 

Group Tour Deposits.  A deposit is required to reserve a group's date and time.  The deposit must be received within two weeks of booking your tour.  The minimum deposit is $50; however, the amount could be higher, depending on the type of tour and the number of people participating.   Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used for any tour or DHT product within 12 months of your originally-scheduled tour.  See Refunds policy above.

When you pay a deposit for your group tour, the balance is payable by check at the beginning of the tour.

Additional participants may pay by cash or local check on the day of the group tour.
