RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

Advance, paid reservations are required for all tours. 

Credit Cards.  DHT accepts all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard. American Express, and Discover.  Call 713/222-9255 or email tourhouston@aol.com for details.

Refunds.  DHT does NOT make refunds; however, your deposit or tour payment will be credited toward any DHT tour you take within 12 months of your originally-scheduled tour date, provided you cancel your tour reservation no later than 48 hours before your originally-scheduled tour date.  If you cancel on the date of the scheduled tour, you will not receive any credit.

GROUP TOURS

Reservations.  When making reservations for group tours, please count carefully the number of people planning to participate in your event.  I will ask you for a minimum guarantee.  Your final count is due no later than 48 hours before your tour date; there will be no credit for any cancellations after that time, except in extreme emergencies.

Group Tour Deposits.  A deposit is required to reserve a group's date and time.  The deposit must be received within two weeks of booking your tour.  The minimum deposit is $50; however, the amount could be higher, depending on the type of tour and the number of people participating.   Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used for any tour or DHT product within 12 months of your originally-scheduled tour.  See Refunds policy above.

When you pay a deposit for your group tour, the balance is payable by check at the beginning of the tour.

Additional participants may pay by cash or local check on the day of the group tour.
